Mallory {Senior Session}

Mallory is the youngest of her sisters, whose senior portraits I've also photographed over the years. It was such a pleasure and honor to work with her for these senior portraits out at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens earlier this week. She's a natural in front of the camera (even though she doesn't think so!) and it was exciting to hear her talk about graduating and heading to Auburn University in the fall! Congratulations, Mallory! 

Aderholt Family Session

One of the best things about the holidays is getting the whole family together - it gets harder to do as the family grows & the kids have their own kids but the Aderholt's made it happen this year! I had the pleasure of working with this awesome family at Leeds Historical Park right before Christmas for these family portraits. They were not just good sports about being out when it had been rainy & cold, but they were also quite a funny bunch that kept me laughing the whole time too! Thanks for the laughs & for being so great to work with - Hope you enjoy this preview!

2013 Fall Mini : Will {Senior}

I met up with Will at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens for his mini session to do some fun senior portraits.  He's a sweet guy & I had fun hearing about the great things he wants to do with his future!  Here's a few of my favorites from his session!

2013 Fall mini sessions!

For over 10 years now Amber Ford Photography has been focused on capturing special moments at weddings in the southeast & we felt like it was time for something new... we will now be offering portrait services as well!

Every month we will have 1 or 2 Mini sessions offered on a weekend - each time choosing a location around Birmingham & surrounding areas - you can even comment here & tell us where you'd like to go!  Mini sessions can be used for anything - families, babies, teens, seniors, pets (we love pets!) just check this blog & our Facebook page for information about each session!  We have started this new adventure with our first Mini sessions - take a look below for more details.

We will be available for full hour sessions during weekday afternoons (also weekends when available) so feel free to call or email us for more info.
