Bastian 5 year {Portrait}

I have been photographing Bastian each year since he turned 1 year old & it has been amazing to see how much he grows between sessions!  We always have a blast doing his portrait and this one was no exception!  He brought his birthday "ninja turtle" outfit complete with nun chucks (hiy-yah!) and got to play in the river some too!  Hope you enjoy this preview of his awesome portrait & Happy Birthday, Bastian!!

Heo Family {Portrait}

Last week I headed out to Aldridge Gardens to photograph the Heo twins for their 1 year portrait!  It was amazing to see how much they have grown from the last time I saw them at their 6 month session last year!  It was a beautiful day for their session - hope you enjoy this preview!

Lita {Senior Portrait}

Lita & I met through Girl Scouts - her & her mother are very involved and so are my daughter & I.  When her mom contacted me to do her senior portraits I was thrilled to work with such a beautiful young lady who will be graduating from Alabama School of Fine Arts this spring!  We went to her favorite bookstore in the city - Reed Books - which is a truly awesome place (as you can see!) then we went just a few blocks over to the new Railroad Park to get a more casual look too.  Hope you enjoy this preview!

The Exceptional Foundation Chili Cook-off {Fundraiser}

This past weekend Charles & I headed over to Brookwood mall to capture the Chili Cook-off fundraiser for The Exceptional Foundation.  They had a huge turnout of over 10,000 people come out to support their great cause & try out some delicious chili from the 89 different teams!  I also had the pleasure of working with another local photographer, Angela Marino from A. Marino Photography & DJ Chris Amerson with Amerson Events who were volunteering their time as well.  It was a fantastic day for everyone & I hope we will have more opportunities to work with this great organization! 

Prompalooza!! {Fundraiser}

I had the pleasure last night to work with a great group of people from Collage Designer Consignment & the YWCA for their annual Prompalooza which benefits the YWCA's My Sister's Closet program!  So many girls showed up to their VIP night to get first pick of the gorgeous gowns for their big prom night!  There were great giveaways, yummy snacks & fun music from 99.5 The Vibe!  Their big event is this weekend on Saturday, March 8th so if you or your girls are looking for the perfect dress for Prom (or any special event) be sure to check them out!

Oh, and we are available for senior portraits <wink, wink>  :)
