Brandon + Marcy {Summer Garden Proposal}

Early last week I got a call from Brandon. He was planning the perfect proposal to his girlfriend Marcy and that included photos, of course! Since Brandon had never been to the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, I helped him choose the perfect spot to pop the question. I was hiding in plain sight, pretending to take photos of flowers nearby, so that when he got down on one knee - I was ready! As you can see, Marcy had no idea what was going on but quickly figured it out & said YES!!  We spent the next hour walking around the gardens together taking engagement photos while Marcy told me about how perfect the whole day had already been, and this just made it that much better!

It was a gorgeous day and a sweet, perfect proposal. Thanks for choosing me to capture it for you!

Pierre + Jamie {Oak Mtn Engagement}

Pierre & Jamie are an adorable couple who are getting married next summer in Tennessee! But first, they needed some engagement photos so we met out at Oak Mountain State Park for a great session & these are some of my favorites! Congratulations to the happy couple!

It's that time again - Fall mini sessions are here!! 

These are half hour sessions that can be any type you want; baby, family, newborn, seniors, engagement, bridal, anniversary or even pets!! Our first date available is September 19, 2015 and the location is the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. There are ONLY 6  3 SPOTS left so email or call us now to reserve yours today!

Details: $150 + tax includes 30 minute session & online photo download of all edited images (minimum of 20) plus print release. Possible locations: Vulcan Park, Bham Botanical Gardens, Sloss Furnace, Morris Ave, Oak Mtn State Park, Tannehill State Park - let us know your preference!

Trey + Ginger {Oak Mtn Engagement}

A native Alabamian, Trey brought his bride-to-be Ginger home for Thanksgiving & they wanted to get some engagement photos made while they were here. They called me & as luck would have it, our chosen day was perfect not just weather-wise but also for all the fall color they wanted in their portraits! Being from Texas, Ginger had not seen such color so I'm especially glad Alabama was still full of color for fall - she was so excited! This sweet couple will have their wedding in Texas next winter & we wish them all the best! Congratulations!
