Sweet Cousins {Botanical Garden Session}

These 3 cuties joined me at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens last weekend for an hour of bubble chasing, leaf discovering & fairy dreaming! Their moms - all sisters - contacted me to do this sweet session of little Cecilia, Marie & Cara while they were all in town together! They were so adorable all playing with & loving on each other, here are a few of my favorites from their session!

Baby Ava {1 Year Portrait}

We photographed baby Ava's parents' wedding a few years ago so it was such a treat to take her 1 year portraits! We went to the Botanical gardens & even though it was like a million degrees outside, this sweet girl was so happy to be there! Of course who wouldn't be excited to have all your besties with you (Mickey, Minnie & Bear) AND have a cake all to yourself?!

Click Family

I first met the Click family when we photographed John & Melissa's wedding a few years ago. Their family has grown since then & will soon grow even more! (Congrats!) It was a crowded day at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens but we managed to find a few spots we could enjoy for their photos! Here are some of my favorites from their session!

The Exceptional Foundation Chili Cook-off {Fundraiser}

This past weekend Charles & I headed over to Brookwood mall to capture the Chili Cook-off fundraiser for The Exceptional Foundation.  They had a huge turnout of over 10,000 people come out to support their great cause & try out some delicious chili from the 89 different teams!  I also had the pleasure of working with another local photographer, Angela Marino from A. Marino Photography & DJ Chris Amerson with Amerson Events who were volunteering their time as well.  It was a fantastic day for everyone & I hope we will have more opportunities to work with this great organization!
